If you’re here, it’s because you’ve just signed up with us! It’s great to have you onboard and we look forward to working with you. Here, you can find our step-by-step guide to starting up with us. If we need anything extra; we’ll email you!
1. Facebook Admin Access:
First, please provide us with Admin access to your Facebook page. It’s essential to provide us with Admin access so we can make changes to the page, publish posts and reply to messages. Please note that an editor and Admin role are different – we will need Admin access. To provide us with access, simply follow these instructions:
Head to www.facebook.com and click Pages in the left menu.
Go to your Page and click Page Settings in the bottom left.
Click Page Roles in the left column.
Type the link 'www.facebook.com/marksmith240' in the box and select 'Mark Smith'.
Click Editor to select a role from the dropdown menu. Please select the Admin role.
Click Add and enter your password to confirm
2. Instagram:
Once you have granted us Admin access to your Facebook page, please securely send us your Instagram log in details. We will safely store this information. If we are also managing your company Twitter account, please send the log-in details for that too.
3. Google account:
If we’re handling your Google Listing account, please send us an Agency request. To do this, follow these instructions:
Sign in to Google My Business.
If you have multiple locations, open the location you’d like to manage.
Click Users from the menu.
In the top right corner, click the “Add users"
Enter in the email address 'mark@doubleupsocial.com'
Click 'Chose a role' and select Manager from the dropdown box.
Click Invite
4. Onboarding questionnaire:
Now that we’re all set-up with the social accounts, we will need to review your onboarding questionnaire. By now, you should have received a questionnaire from mark@doubleupsocial.com. Please fill this out at your earliest convivence. We will use this information to formulate a unique social strategy for your brand!
5. Brand assets:
Finally, please send over the following brand assets to allow us to create awesome content that is on-brand for your business. This may include:
· A high quality logo (.jpg, .png, .svg, .ai etc)
· Any fonts unique to your branding
· Brand guidelines or colour-schemes

And that’s it! If you haven’t already, please sign our discussed agreement and keep your eyes peeled for your first invoice.
