At Double Up Social, we are committed to delivering exceptional social media marketing and content creation services. To maintain transparency and clarity, we have outlined our fulfillment policy, including refund and cancellation guidelines. Please review the following terms before making a purchase or booking any of our services.

1. Payment Terms
All our services are subject to monthly payments upfront, unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
Payments are non-refundable once work on your project has commenced.
Work is considered to have commenced when we begin the strategy planning, content creation, or any agreed-upon service related to your project.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or postpone a booked service, such as a photoshoot, a cancellation fee may apply.
If a photoshoot or any partnered service is cancelled or postponed within two weeks of the scheduled date, a fee of up to 50% of the total booking cost may be charged.
To avoid cancellation fees, please ensure cancellations or rescheduling are made more than two weeks in advance of your scheduled booking date.
3. Notice Period
Unless otherwise stated in your specific service agreement, we require a 30-day notice period for cancellation of ongoing services.
This notice must be provided in writing, either via email or a signed document, to ensure that your request is processed effectively.
4. Booking Changes
Any changes to bookings (e.g., scheduling of photoshoots, video production, or content delivery dates) must be communicated to your account manager in advance.
Requests made less than two weeks before the scheduled date may not be accommodated and could incur additional fees.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued for any monthly service payment once work has started on your project, including the creation of content, planning, or strategy sessions.
In the event of a service dispute, we are happy to work with you to address concerns, but refunds are not part of our policy once project execution has begun.
